Why EtherCAT + SOEM?
EtherCAT (Ethernet for Control Automation Technology) is the fastest industrial fieldbus available, with deterministic communication in under 1 millisecond. It uses standard Ethernet hardware โ no proprietary cards needed.
SOEM (Simple Open EtherCAT Master) is a battle-tested, MIT-licensed open-source EtherCAT master stack written in C, running on Linux with PREEMPT-RT for real-time performance โ the same stack used in industrial robots worldwide.

Payment in Advance
Full payment is required before any license file is issued. GST and applicable taxes are charged separately at the prevailing rate.
No Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once a license is generated and issued, no refunds are given under any circumstances.
Node-Locked License
Each license is cryptographically bound to a single machine via hardware fingerprint. Running the licensed software on a different machine requires a separate license.
1-Year Technical Support
Includes email and phone support, bug fixes, license re-issuance (hardware failure), 1 PDO configuration regen per year, and minor updates. 2 business-day response target.
Electronic Delivery Only
The software is delivered as a .zip archive via email or secure link. No physical media. No proprietary source code is ever delivered.
One Machine Per License
Each license entitles you to use the software on exactly one machine. Additional machines require additional licenses purchased at the current fee.

What is the difference between the Demo Version and the Licensed Version?
The Demo Version is free and lets you evaluate the full software โ it expires after 30 days, is limited to 25 total runs, and each session ends after 10 minutes. The Licensed Version has no such restrictions, is node-locked to your specific machine via hardware fingerprint, and includes 1 year of technical support.
Can I get a refund after purchasing a license?
No. All sales are final. Because the license file is generated specifically for your machine's hardware fingerprint and delivered electronically, it cannot be returned or transferred. We strongly recommend evaluating the Demo Version before purchasing.
